Cape Fear Aviation Flight Training, located at Grays Creek Airport (K2GC) in Fayetteville, NC, is a flight school offering affordable flight training with a family atmosphere. They provide instruction for Private Pilot, Instrument, Commercial, Flight Reviews, and Rusty Pilot programs, with multi-engine training coming soon. Cape Fear Aviation is a CATS Testing center for FAA written tests and will begin UAS flight and ground training. They were the first flight school on the East Coast eligible to train service members through the Army Credential Assistance Program. The school pairs students to study and fly together, reducing costs. Several graduates become instructors at the school to build hours before moving to the airlines. Cape Fear Aviation has received the AOPA Distinguished Flight School Award multiple times.
