Their experienced instructors provide hands-on training in a fleet of modern aircraft, ensuring students receive top-notch instruction and real-world experience. ECAC operates as an FAA-approved Part 61 flight school. ECAC boasts the largest fleet in New England, including glass cockpit aircraft. They offer instruction for Private and Commercial Pilot Certificates, as well as Instrument and Multi-Engine ratings. Additional training includes tailwheel and aerobatic instruction in a Super Decathlon, and Cirrus training in SR20 and SR22 aircraft. ECAC has strong connections with various airlines, helping students gain real-world exposure and better career opportunities. With flexible scheduling, state-of-the-art facilities, and a vibrant community of aviation enthusiasts, East Coast Aero Club is an ideal place to launch a flying career. They operate from three convenient locations in southern New Hampshire and the Greater Boston area: Bedford, MA (KBED), Nashua, NH (KASH), and Norwood, MA (KOWD). Helicopter training is conducted at Hanscom Field (KBED). They operate their own maintenance department with full-time airframe and powerplant mechanics.
